Ingredients
Overnight Oats Mixture
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
Toppings
- Strawberry jam
- Chopped strawberries
- Optional: granola
- Optional: nut butter
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a bowl, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, chopped strawberries, and maple syrup. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined to create the oat mixture.
- Chill the mixture: Cover the bowl or divide the mixture into individual containers. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.
- Serve with toppings: When ready to serve, stir the overnight oats well. Add desired toppings such as additional fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, granola, or nut butter for extra flavor and texture.

- Use any type of milk you prefer, including dairy or plant-based options.
- For a thicker consistency, reduce the milk slightly or add more chia seeds.
- Overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to substitute strawberries with other fresh or frozen berries.
