Icing

- 1 tsp Swerve Confectioners
- 1 tbsp (15mL) Unsweetened Almond Milk
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine the all-purpose flour, vanilla protein powder, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and Swerve granular in a mug or small bowl. For cleaner sides, mix in a separate bowl and then transfer to a mug sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the Walden Farms pancake syrup, water, and light butter into the dry mixture until well combined.
