Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop the fresh mango into small pieces for easier blending and measure out the coconut water, coconut milk, agave nectar, and ice cubes.
- Blend the Lassi: Add the chopped mango, fresh young coconut water, Sprouts Coconut Milk, Sprouts Blue Nectar Agave, and ice cubes to a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the blended lassi evenly into two glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh mango slices and lightly sprinkle ground cardamom over the top for an aromatic finish.
