- Prepare Ingredients: Make sure your bananas are fully frozen to achieve the creamy texture. Wash and roughly chop the fresh mint leaves if using.
- Blend: Add the frozen bananas, unsweetened non-dairy milk, and fresh mint leaves (or mint extract) to a blender.
- Adjust Flavor and Thickness: Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste the shake and add more mint if desired. If the shake is too minty, add more non-dairy milk and a few chunks of frozen banana to balance the flavor. For sweetness, optionally add a splash of maple syrup or agave and blend briefly.
