Ingredients
- 2 packages Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
- 6–8 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (12 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and creamy.
- Arrange one layer of Chessmen cookies in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly layer the sliced bananas over the cookies.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the bananas.
- Top with a second layer of Chessmen cookies.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
