Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender: Place the frozen peach slices, frozen raspberries or strawberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, unsweetened dairy-free milk, and pure vanilla extract into a high-powered blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more dairy-free milk a little at a time to reach your desired consistency.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste the smoothie and if you prefer it sweeter, add a pitted date or a small amount of honey or pure maple syrup. Blend again until fully incorporated.
- Optional Nutritional Boosts: If desired, add almond butter, hemp seeds, or spinach at this point and blend again to mix thoroughly.
