Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
- 4 Timbits, chopped
Crust and Topping
- 1 graham pie crust (chilled in the freezer for 30 minutes before use)
- 8 Timbits (whole, for decorating)
- 1 Timbit (whole, for center decoration)
- Sprinkles (chocolate and pastel rainbow, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream.
- Cream Ingredients: Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy with no lumps.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula until fully incorporated and light.
- Add Chopped Timbits: Chop 4 Timbits into small pieces and stir them into the cream cheese mixture evenly.
- Fill the Crust: Spoon the cream cheese and Timbit mixture into the chilled graham pie crust, spreading it evenly to fill the crust.
- Decorate with Whole Timbits: Arrange 8 whole Timbits in a circular pattern around the edge of the cheesecake, gently pressing them down into the filling.
- Add Center Timbit: Place the remaining single Timbit in the center, pressing gently into the cheesecake to secure.
- Chill to Set: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow it to set properly.
- Add Sprinkles: Before serving, sprinkle your choice of chocolate and pastel rainbow sprinkles over the top for a festive look.
- Serve: Slice the cheesecake, serve, and enjoy the creamy, sweet treat.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
- Chilling the graham crust before filling helps keep it firm and prevents crumbling.
- The cheesecake must be refrigerated for at least 3 hours to fully set and hold its shape.
- You can substitute Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream for a fresher taste.
- If Timbits are unavailable, similar bite-sized doughnut holes can be used.
