Instructions
- Divide Ingredients: Separate 2 tablespoons of heavy cream from the 1/2 cup and set aside. Place the remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream in the refrigerator to chill for later use.
- Heat Chocolate Mixture: Place the chopped unsweetened baking chocolate into a mixing bowl. Heat the reserved 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in the microwave for about 30 seconds until hot but not boiling. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and whisk thoroughly until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Add Sweetener and Flavor: Stir in the granulated Swerve sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the chocolate mixture. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
