- Freeze the bananas: Place the bananas flat on the parchment-lined sheet pan, ensuring they do not touch, and freeze uncovered for at least 1 hour until solid.
- Set up toppings station: If using toppings, arrange them in small individual bowls for easy dipping after coating the bananas with chocolate.
