Description

These creamy strawberry mango popsicles combine luscious strawberry jam and tropical mango puree with rich cream or coconut milk to create a refreshing, swirled frozen treat perfect for warm weather. Blended to smooth perfection and gently swirled for a beautiful marbled effect, these homemade popsicles are easy to make and delightfully fruity.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 1 jar (12-16 ounces) strawberry jam

Mango Mixture

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup water or 1/3 cup mango juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberry Mixture: In a blender, combine 1 1/2 cups of the heavy cream or coconut milk with the jar of strawberry jam. Blend until well incorporated and smooth. Pour this strawberry mixture evenly into 8 popsicle molds or disposable paper Dixie cups.
  2. Prepare Mango Mixture: Rinse out the blender, then add the mango chunks along with 1/4 cup water or mango juice. Blend until smooth, then add the remaining 3/4 cup of cream or coconut milk and blend again until creamy and well combined.
  3. Assemble Popsicles: Pour the creamy mango blend over the strawberry mixture in each mold, filling them to the top. Using a butter knife or skewer, gently swirl the strawberry layer into the mango mixture to create a marbled effect. Optionally, add a few thin slices of fresh strawberries or raspberries on top for extra visual appeal and flavor.
  4. Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight for best results. Keep the popsicles frozen until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free and vegan version.
  • If using frozen mango chunks, no need to thaw before blending.
  • To release the popsicles easily, run the outside of the mold briefly under warm water.
  • Adding fresh fruit slices enhances both taste and presentation but is optional.
  • Use paper Dixie cups as a budget-friendly alternative for molds.
