Ingredients

  2. 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  3. 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  4. 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  5. 1 cup sour cream
  6. 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  7. Optional: crushed graham crackers or sliced almonds for garnish

Instructions

Cut the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes.

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and sour cream until smooth and thickened.
  2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the cake cubes evenly on the bottom.
  3. Spoon half of the blueberry pie filling over the cake layer.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the blueberries.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cake cubes, pie filling, and pudding mixture.
  6. Spread whipped topping evenly over the top layer.
