Description

A delicious and creamy Banana Bread Latte topped with a unique banana cold foam for a sweet, frothy twist on a classic iced coffee beverage.

Ingredients

Banana Cold Foam

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp banana bread syrup
  • 1 tbsp whole milk

Iced Banana Latte

  • 1 tbsp banana bread syrup
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (2% milk recommended)
  • 2 oz espresso
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Make the banana cold foam: In a small glass or jar, combine the heavy cream, banana bread syrup, and whole milk. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture until it becomes light and creamy. Set aside for topping later.
  2. Prepare the iced banana latte: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour 1 tablespoon of banana bread syrup over the ice. Next, add the ¾ cup of your preferred milk, followed by 2 ounces of freshly brewed espresso. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  3. Assemble and serve: Spoon the prepared banana cold foam over the top of the latte. Enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture experience.

Notes

  • You can use any milk variant like almond, oat, or coconut milk to suit your dietary preferences.
  • Adjust the amount of banana bread syrup to your preferred level of sweetness.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase espresso quantity slightly.
  • If you don’t have a milk frother, use a handheld whisk or shake the cream mixture vigorously in a sealed jar.
  • Best served immediately while foam is fresh and cold.
