Ingredients

Instructions

Cook the Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning.
  3. Pan-Seared Method: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C).
  4. Grilled Method: Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
