Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes – Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and potatoes, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the steak – While potatoes cook, season steak bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Sear the steak – In the same skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
