Description

This 5-ingredient Keto Pumpkin Mousse is a delightfully creamy, low-carb dessert perfect for fall or any time you crave a light, flavorful treat. Made with cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and whipped cream, this mousse is quick to prepare and requires minimal ingredients while delivering rich pumpkin spice flavor that fits perfectly into a ketogenic lifestyle.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup stevia-based sweetener
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, at room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms whipping cream, cold

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Cheese and Sweetener: In a stand mixer bowl or a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and stevia-based sweetener. Whisk on medium-high speed for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Pumpkin and Spice: Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix for an additional 1 minute until fully combined and spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Whip in Heavy Cream: Pour in the cold whipping cream and whip the mixture on medium speed for 2 minutes. Then increase the speed to high and whip for another 3 minutes until the mousse is light and fluffy.
  4. Chill the Mousse: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mousse for 2 to 4 hours to allow it to set and develop flavors.
  5. Serve: When ready to serve, transfer the mousse into a piping bag fitted with a 1M Wilton piping tip. Pipe the mousse into small glass cups and enjoy your creamy keto pumpkin mousse.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smoother mousse texture.
  • Use cold heavy whipping cream straight from the fridge to achieve the best whipping results.
  • Chilling time can be extended up to 4 hours or overnight if preferred.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less stevia-based sweetener according to taste.
  • The mousse can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
