Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
