Description
A rich and creamy white chocolate fudge mixed with Oreo cookies for a sweet, indulgent treat that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) package white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 15–18 cookies)
- 6–8 whole Oreos, roughly chopped (optional for extra texture)
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the white chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
- Gently fold in the Oreo cookie crumbs until well combined. If desired, fold in the chopped whole Oreos for added texture.
- Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm and set.
- Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy!
Notes
- This fudge can be made with other types of cookies, such as chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies, for different flavor combinations.
- For a firmer fudge, refrigerate it longer or use a little extra white chocolate in the mixture.
- You can freeze this fudge for up to 3 months. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil and store in an airtight container.
- If you prefer a mint flavor, use Mint Oreos instead of regular Oreos.
