Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
-
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
-
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium-low heat.
-
Stir the mixture constantly until the white chocolate chips have completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
-
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
-
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
-
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the fudge is firm and fully set.
-
Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and serve.
Notes
-
If you prefer a richer texture, try adding chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios, or walnuts for added crunch.
-
For a fruity twist, incorporate dried cranberries or raisins.
-
If you’re making this for a special occasion, decorate the fudge with colorful sprinkles to make it festive.
-
For a delicious swirl effect, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of the fudge before refrigerating and swirl it gently.
