Description

Rich, fudgy chocolate cookies with triple layers of chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham cracker pieces, finished with a luscious chocolate drizzle for the ultimate s’mores-inspired treat.


Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  6. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  7. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  10. 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  11. 1 cup mini marshmallows
  12. 1 cup graham cracker pieces
  13. 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Remove from oven, top each cookie with mini marshmallows and graham cracker pieces. Switch oven to broil and brown marshmallows for 1–2 minutes, watching closely.
  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil in short bursts until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
  9. Let cookies rest 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Notes

  1. Broiling adds that signature toasted marshmallow flavor—don’t skip it.
  2. Use different chocolate types (dark, milk, white) for variety.
