Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 cup cucumber, diced
 - ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
 - ½ cup black olives, sliced
 - ½ cup mozzarella pearls
 - ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
 - ½ cup Italian dressing
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down quickly.
