Ingredients

200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)

100g unsalted butter

2 large eggs

100g caster sugar

50g demerara sugar

50g plain flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder

100g chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave, melt the butter and dark chocolate together, stirring until smooth.

  3. Whisk Eggs and Sugars: Whisk the eggs, caster sugar, and demerara sugar together until pale and fluffy.
