Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

    1/2 cup coconut water or regular water (for extra hydration, optional)
    Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for added lemon flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the strawberries: In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped strawberries, lemon juice, honey or sugar, water, and lemon zest (if using). Blend until smooth and well combined.

  1. Taste and adjust sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if desired.
  2. Pour into molds: Pour the strawberry-lemonade mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
