1 cup cold water

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the Jell-O is completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold water and mix well. Let the Jell-O mixture sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, or until it begins to thicken slightly.
- Once the Jell-O mixture has cooled slightly, fold in the chopped fresh strawberries, mixing gently so they are evenly distributed.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping to create a creamy, fluffy texture, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the Jell-O mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to fully set.
- Before serving, top the pie with extra whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberry slices, if desired.
- Slice the pie, serve chilled, and enjoy!
