Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional for garnish)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir to combine.
- Let the Jello mixture cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, but don’t let it set.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until smooth and combined.
- Pour the Jello mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set the pie.
- Before serving, top the pie with sliced fresh strawberries for garnish. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- This pie can be made ahead of time and is perfect for preparing the day before serving.
