Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits are a no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake filling, sweet macerated strawberries, and buttery graham cracker crumbs into individual glasses for a simple yet elegant treat.


Ingredients

  1. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  7. 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  8. 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix diced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice (if using). Let sit for 10–15 minutes to macerate.

  1. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined and crumbly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. Assemble the parfaits: Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs, then cheesecake filling, followed by macerated strawberries. Repeat layers as desired.
  6. Chill the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
