Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff Salad is a creamy no-bake dessert made with cream cheese, strawberry gelatin, whipped topping, marshmallows, and fresh strawberries. It’s light, fruity, and perfect for potlucks, holidays, or summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin powder (dry)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (as needed)
- 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and strawberry gelatin powder; mix until fully combined.
- Add a splash of milk if needed to smooth out the mixture.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Gently stir in mini marshmallows and chopped strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir gently and top with extra strawberries if desired.
Notes
- Best served chilled after at least 1 hour of refrigeration.
- Add crushed graham crackers on top for a cheesecake-style finish.
- Fresh strawberries work best, but well-drained thawed frozen strawberries can be used.
- Enjoy within 3 days; do not freeze.
