Ingredients

1 package crescent roll dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each crescent roll triangle.

  • Add a few chopped strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  • Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • If desired, sprinkle a little sugar on top of each crescent roll for extra sweetness.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

  • Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a fresh twist, swap out strawberries for other berries such as raspberries or blueberries.

  • Try adding a drizzle of melted chocolate or a sprinkle of cinnamon-sugar for added flavor.

  • You can make these rolls ahead of time by prepping and assembling them the night before and baking them fresh the next day.
