For the Icing:

1 cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp milk

For the Strawberry Topping:

Fresh strawberries (sliced)

Granulated sugar (for tossing)


Instructions

  1. Activate the Yeast: Combine lukewarm milk and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

  2. Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast mixture, butter, egg, and vanilla. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1-1.5 hours, until doubled in size.

  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, flour, and sour cream, blending until smooth.

  4. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
