Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Add water and whisk until smooth, creating a slightly thick batter.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
