4 cups mixed greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, romaine)
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup blue cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette or your favorite dressing

-
Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
 -
Rub the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

 -
While the steak rests, arrange the mixed greens on a large platter or bowls. Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese.
 -
Slice the steak and arrange on top of the salad.
 -
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette or preferred dressing.
 -
Serve immediately and enjoy!
