- 2 cups elbow macaroni
 - 2 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - ¼ cup butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs, beaten
 - 1 tsp salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - ½ tsp garlic powder
 - ½ tsp onion powder
 - ½ tsp paprika
 - ½ tsp mustard powder
 
Instructions
- Cook the pasta – Boil elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - Make the cheese sauce – In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then whisk in milk, heavy cream, and seasonings. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
 - Mix ingredients – In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with the cheese sauce. Beat eggs separately, then mix them into the pasta mixture for a custard-like texture.
 - Assemble and bake – Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
