S’mores Trifle is a no-bake layered dessert that brings together all the flavors of a classic campfire s’more—chocolate pudding, marshmallows, and graham crackers—in a fun and indulgent trifle format.
Ingredients
- 1 box (5.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cups milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 package graham crackers (about 10-12), crushed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk in a bowl for 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- In a trifle dish, layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Top with chocolate pudding, then a layer of whipped cream, and sprinkle mini marshmallows.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
- Top with more crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and toasted coconut if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
