Description

A sweet and crunchy snack mix with graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and optional add-ins for the perfect s’mores-inspired treat.


Ingredients

  1. 2 cups graham cracker cereal (like Golden Grahams or graham cracker crumbs)
  2. 1 cup mini marshmallows
  3. 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  4. ½ cup white chocolate chips
  5. ½ cup pretzels (optional for added crunch)
  6. ¼ cup mini chocolate candies or M&M’s (optional for added color)
  7. 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional for extra coating)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker cereal, mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips. If using, add pretzels and mini chocolate candies to the bowl.

  1. Gently toss everything together until the ingredients are evenly distributed. If you like a more cohesive texture, drizzle the melted butter over the mix and toss again to coat everything lightly.
  2. If you’d like the chocolate to set and firm up a little, place the snack mix in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. This step is optional but adds an extra level of sweetness and texture.
