Description

S’mores Fudge is a no-bake treat that combines the classic flavors of chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows into a rich, creamy fudge that’s easy to make and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (plus more for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to easily remove the fudge later.

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows over the top for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • You can swap semi-sweet chocolate for milk chocolate or dark chocolate for a different flavor profile.
  • Add chopped mini peanut butter cups for a twist on traditional s’mores fudge.
  • For a more authentic s’mores flavor, toast the marshmallows lightly before adding them on top.
  • For extra texture, add chopped nuts to the fudge base along with the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
