Description
S’mores Fudge is a no-bake treat that combines the classic flavors of chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows into a rich, creamy fudge that’s easy to make and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (plus more for topping)
Instructions
Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to easily remove the fudge later.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows over the top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
- You can swap semi-sweet chocolate for milk chocolate or dark chocolate for a different flavor profile.
- Add chopped mini peanut butter cups for a twist on traditional s’mores fudge.
- For a more authentic s’mores flavor, toast the marshmallows lightly before adding them on top.
- For extra texture, add chopped nuts to the fudge base along with the graham cracker crumbs.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
