Description

S’mores Bites capture the classic campfire flavors of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate in a convenient, no-bake, bite-sized treat perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dessert.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.

  1. Stir in peanut butter (if using) and honey or maple syrup until the mixture holds together when pressed.
  2. Press mixture firmly into a lined 8×8-inch pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  3. Once set, cut into bite-sized squares or bars and serve.

Notes

  1. Omit peanut butter and use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.
  2. Add chopped nuts or pretzels for extra crunch.
  3. Use white chocolate or flavored chips for variation.
  4. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or cinnamon for a spicy twist.
  5. Store bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  6. Freeze individually wrapped bites for up to 2 months.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature; avoid microwaving.
  8. Chop regular marshmallows if mini ones are unavailable.
  9. Use dairy-free chocolate chips and plant-based butter for a vegan version.
  10. Use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs to make gluten-free bites.
  11. Add protein powder to the dry ingredients for extra nutrition.
  12. Line pan with parchment paper and chill thoroughly to prevent sticking.
  13. Add chopped dried cranberries or raisins for a fruity addition.
  14. Suitable and fun treat for kids.
  15. Double recipe for larger batches using a bigger pan and longer chilling.
  16. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
