Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet Italian seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
