Ingredients
For the Steak:
2 boneless ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for veggies)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or thyme)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
For the Vegetables:
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
