Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
 - ⅓ cup granulated sugar
 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter
 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you make the cheesecake layer.
 - Make the cheesecake layer: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
 - Assemble the bars: Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust, smoothing the top.
 - Prepare the topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake layer and spread evenly.
 - Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
 - Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes
- Add chopped peanuts on top for extra crunch.
 - You can substitute almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
 - For a sweeter topping, use milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
