Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin: In a small bowl, combine gelatin and water. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the cream and milk: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium until simmering, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar.
- Add gelatin: Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
- Add flavorings: Stir in vanilla extract and caramel sauce until smooth.
- Set the panna cotta: Pour mixture into serving glasses or molds, allowing it to cool slightly before refrigerating.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt before serving.

- You can make the panna cotta up to 1 day in advance to let the flavors set.
