Ingredients

  • 34 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 2 cups marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Prepare the Meat Sauce – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare the Cheese Mixture – In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna – In a greased baking dish, layer meat sauce, dry ramen noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella on top.
5️⃣ Bake – Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
6️⃣ Rest and Serve – Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm!
