  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift the whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, sea salt, coconut sugar, and baking soda into the wet ingredients. Mix gently until all components are well combined, forming the pumpkin bread batter.
  4. Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: In a separate bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sugar, and one large egg yolk. Using an electric or stand mixer, beat the mixture until it becomes completely smooth and creamy.
