Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice blend.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined—do not overmix.
- Fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
