Description

Try the viral pasta chips recipe—a crispy, crunchy snack perfect for dipping! Whether you bake, air-fry, or fry them, these golden-brown pasta chips are a fun twist on traditional pasta. Serve them with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dip for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (penne, rigatoni, or farfalle)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Marinara or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Toss the pasta in a bowl with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings until well coated.
  3. Choose Your Cooking Method:
    • Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Spread pasta in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
    • Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Spread pasta on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, make sure the pasta is completely dry before cooking.
  • Customize the seasoning with BBQ, Cajun, or truffle salt for a unique flavor.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated for a crispier texture.
