Orange Fluff Salad is a creamy, fruity, no-bake dessert or side dish made with whipped topping, orange gelatin, cottage cheese, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin powder (dry, not prepared)
- 2 cups canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 container (16 oz) cottage cheese
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and orange gelatin powder. Stir until the gelatin is fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Add the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up the fruit too much.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows until everything is evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the salad is set and well chilled.
- Give it a gentle stir before serving, and serve cold.

- Best served chilled after at least 2 hours of refrigeration.
