Description

Orange Fluff Salad is a creamy, fruity, no-bake dessert or side dish made with whipped topping, orange gelatin, cottage cheese, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  1. 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  2. 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin powder (dry, not prepared)
  3. 2 cups canned mandarin oranges, drained
  4. 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
  5. 2 cups mini marshmallows
  6. 1 container (16 oz) cottage cheese

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and orange gelatin powder. Stir until the gelatin is fully incorporated.

  1. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and evenly mixed.
  2. Add the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up the fruit too much.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the salad is set and well chilled.
  5. Give it a gentle stir before serving, and serve cold.

Notes

  1. Best served chilled after at least 2 hours of refrigeration.
