Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Zest of 1 orange (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
Prepare the Orange Layer: Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the 1/4 cup of water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the orange juice and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Stir until fully combined and heated through, but do not boil.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the orange mixture and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Pour the orange mixture into small cups or molds. Place them in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
