Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken

    • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    • Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
    • Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce

    • Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

  • Combine & Serve
