Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache: In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
