Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (for the chocolate topping)
Instructions
Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter. Stir until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Press into the dish: Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Prepare the chocolate topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter together. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Top with chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve: Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
