Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  2. 2 cups creamy peanut butter (divided)
  3. 2 cups powdered sugar
  4. 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  5. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  6. 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for chocolate topping)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and 1 ¾ cups creamy peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

  1. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  2. Press mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly with a spatula.
