Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies, divided (about 24 for crust, 12 for filling)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- Optional: extra crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Roughly chop remaining Oreos and gently stir into the filling.
- Spoon filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Top with additional crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.
