Description

No-Bake Oreo Pie is a rich, creamy cookies-and-cream dessert with a crunchy Oreo crust, fluffy cream cheese filling, and plenty of Oreo pieces throughout, perfect for any Oreo lover.


Ingredients

  1. 36 Oreo cookies, divided (about 24 for crust, 12 for filling)
  2. 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  3. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  4. 1 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  7. Optional: extra crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Roughly chop remaining Oreos and gently stir into the filling.
  5. Spoon filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Top with additional crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.
